Welcome to Falconix Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
Falconix Digital provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Business Websites
- Lawyer Websites
- Booking System Integration
- SEO Setup
- Blog Setup
- Website Maintenance & Support
All services are subject to project scope, agreement, and availability.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Submit required content, images, and materials on time
- Ensure they own or have permission to use submitted content
- Cooperate during project development and review phases
Delays in communication or content submission may affect project timelines.
3. Payments
- Projects may require partial or full advance payment before work begins.
- Final files, deployment, or ownership transfer may be delayed until payment is completed.
- Prices are subject to project requirements and custom features.
- Additional revisions or extra features outside the agreed scope may involve additional charges.
4. Refund & Project Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started. If a project is canceled by the client after development work has begun, any completed work, hours invested, or additional expenses may be charged accordingly. Refunds, if applicable, are solely at the discretion of Falconix Digital.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on project complexity. Falconix Digital is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late client responses
- Delayed content submission
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting or domain provider problems
6. Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included depending on the selected package.
- Major design changes, complete redesign requests, or changes outside the original project scope may be treated as a new project or billed separately.
7. Domain & Hosting
If domain registration or hosting setup is handled by Falconix Digital:
- Ownership remains with the client after full payment
- Renewal fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party services
8. Data Backup Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website content, databases, files, and other data unless backup services are included in a separate maintenance agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
After full payment:
- Clients own the final website content and approved deliverables
- Falconix Digital may showcase completed projects in portfolios or promotional materials unless requested otherwise in writing
- Any source code, templates, frameworks, or tools used internally remain the intellectual property of Falconix Digital unless explicitly transferred.
10. Licensed Assets & Third-Party Resources
Any third-party premium themes, plugins, fonts, APIs, software, or licensed assets used in a project remain subject to their original license terms and ownership. Falconix Digital may use licensed resources during development, but separate licenses or renewals may be required for continued client usage depending on the provider’s policies.
11. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use our services or websites for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent purposes
- Copyright infringement
- Harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Malware, phishing, or spam activities
We reserve the right to terminate services for violations.
12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Websites may include third-party tools or services such as:
- Payment gateways
- APIs
- WhatsApp integrations
- Analytics tools
- Hosting services
Falconix Digital is not liable for issues, policy changes, downtime, or security problems caused by third-party providers.
13. SEO Disclaimer
Falconix Digital does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic growth, lead generation, sales, or business outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability
Falconix Digital shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Security breaches caused by third parties
- Website downtime
- Indirect or consequential damages
Clients use our services at their own discretion and risk.
15. Force Majeure
Falconix Digital shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government restrictions, power failures, hosting/server issues, pandemics, or technical failures.
16. Support & Maintenance
Free support periods apply only to selected packages. After the support period ends:
- Maintenance or update requests may incur additional charges
- Emergency fixes or major modifications are not included unless agreed separately
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not completed
- Terms are violated
- Abusive behavior occurs
- Illegal activity is detected
18. Changes to Terms
Falconix Digital may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from services or agreements shall be subject to applicable legal jurisdiction in India.
